Typical Corporate store, slow and unfriendly
I almost gave this new store 5 stars. Trash outside of parking lot garbage can. Employee eating while standing behind counter in full view of customers. When confronted about her stuffing her face only excuses were provided. No ownership of the offense.The snide "Have a nice evening" comment, as I walked away, shows no remorse or sincerity when dealing with customer complaints. Floor needed cleaning albeit not much. But the number one thing that bothered me was the absence of the Driver door/entrance. It was as if the fuel island was an after thought. Nothing but the back of the store to look at. I'll continue to monitor their communications, performance and customer interactions and hope they become better.
Exceptional place to stop as a truck driver very clean very friendly people plenty of parking usually every time I've been there good food Sonic good stuff for a truck driver that's looking for a place to part for the night or hang out for a while.
Very unusual they have no outside walk up order boxes at this Sonic. Usually there is a table or area for walk ups and when you have trucks in back? No brainier.
I agree with John Doe. Not having a door in the back is like a slap in the face. Bad building design. On the flip you're lucky a Love's is even here. The Sonic service is lacking, but the effort is certainly there. It's just not perfected yet. It is not a perfect 5 stop, but close. I too will continue to monitor their performance and customer interactions along with John (whatever that means!).
For a LOVE'S, it was small. The cashier at the Sonic, was nice & friendly , but she forgot 1 item(chilli cheese tots) & the 4 deluxe cheese burgers were barely lukewarm, the "cheese" was cold. Would have turned around, to return to Sonic, but didn't open the bag til we had gotten down the road, and not an easy thing when you're an "over-sized" load.
