Libraries need to be the most welcoming place to encourage everyone to learn and expand their minds.

There is an older woman that works behind the counter that makes the library environment very unpleasant. Specifically, she said I should not drink water in the library because it might be alcohol. She watched me fill the water bottle on site. I explained to her that I am a type 1 diabetic and need to be hydrated with a high blood sugar, which I showed her. She had no empathy.
